Mooresville nightlife from the venues' own pages: 158 on Main and 202 North Main for live music, Dive Bar's arcade, breweries, MPAC and the Social District rules.

Last checked Oct. 11, 2026. Venue details and hours come from each venue’s own website; the venue list from the Mooresville Downtown Commission’s directory; town stages from the Town of Mooresville’s Arts & Events office. We list venues, not individual gigs; check each venue’s calendar for who is playing.

Mooresville’s nightlife is on North Main Street downtown: two live-music bars, 158 on Main and 202 North Main, an arcade bar, a brewery tap room and a distillery within a few blocks, all inside the Social District. For bigger shows, the Mooresville Performing Arts Center and the town’s stages host touring acts and tribute bands.

The Social District

Getting home

  • Since Oct. 1, 2026, the town tows cars parked from 2 to 6 a.m. in the Charles Mack Citizen Center back lot, the Church Street lot between Moore and Center avenues and the Liberty Park lot. The lot at Church Street and Iredell Avenue and on-street spaces still allow overnight parking, the town’s notice says.
  • Rideshare pickup for town festivals has used the public lot at Iredell Avenue and Church Street.

What this means for you

  • Friday and Saturday nights, both live-music bars have bands.
  • Bring ID: some venues are 21 and older all night, others after 9 p.m.
