Mooresville’s brunch runs along North Main Street, from Patisserie Cafe north of downtown to the downtown cafes around Main and Broad, with a First Watch on Williamson Road near I-77. Most places serve breakfast into the early afternoon and close by 3 p.m.

Patisserie Cafe

Patisserie Cafe, 627 N. Main St., 704-799-3355, calls itself a “go-to spot for delicious brunch and coffee.” It began with founders Elsa and Manuel baking pastries and desserts in their home kitchen, and its menu mixes comfort food classics with internationally inspired dishes and pastries. Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; closed Sunday. It also takes online orders for pickup and does catering and cakes.

First Watch

First Watch, 171 Williamson Road, 704-817-4224, is part of a breakfast restaurant chain. Its Mooresville page lists hours of 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and online ordering.

Famous Toastery (downtown)

Famous Toastery has a downtown location at 170 N. Main St., 980-444-2092, according to the downtown commission’s directory. Call for hours and the menu.
